Your privacy is paramount. We built WalletMinerPRO to keep your data local. This policy explains what little data we do collect.
At WalletMinerPRO ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, purchase our software, or use our services.
By using WalletMinerPRO, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our core principle is simple: your cryptographic data stays on your machine. We never see, touch, or transmit your private keys.
We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide you with our services and process transactions.
When you purchase WalletMinerPRO, we collect your email address, first name, last name, and country. If provided, we also collect your company name. This information is used to process your order and deliver your license key.
We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). These providers comply with PCI-DSS standards and handle your financial data directly.
If you opt-in to crash reporting, we may collect anonymous diagnostic data such as OS version, GPU model, and error logs. We never collect scan results, discovered addresses, private keys, or any blockchain-related activity.
We use your data strictly to operate our business and improve your experience.
This is the most important section. WalletMinerPRO was engineered from the ground up with an offline-first architecture.
All cryptographic operations—key generation, address matching, and balance verification—happen locally on your computer. Your private keys, discovered wallets, and scan histories never leave your device. We have no servers that receive this data. We cannot see it, and we cannot access it.
Data stored locally by the application includes: license activation status, user preferences, scan logs, and auto-saved discovery records. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the software or clearing the application data folder.
We rely on trusted third parties to operate specific functions of our service.
We use Stripe and PayPal to securely process payments. These services handle your financial data and are subject to their own privacy policies.
We use transactional email services to deliver license keys, password resets, and support responses. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
You have full control over your personal data. Under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), you are entitled to the following rights:
